Enjoy2 v1.2 released: control games with your gamepad on OSX
Update: I have written a quick tutorial for setting up Minecraft with Enjoy2.
Enjoy2 is my gamepad/joystick to keyboard and mouse mapper for OSX. Version 1.2 of Enjoy2 features some small bugfixes, as well as a change in the configuration format. Before, Enjoy2 stored configurations as user preference data. Now, configurations are stored as plain-text JSON files in an easily accessible directory (~/Library/Application Support/Enjoy2), to make it easy to transfer mappings from one computer to another. If you have a game that only supports mouse and keyboard as input, but you would like to play with a gamepad, try Enjoy2 and see if it works for you. Personally, I use it to play Minecraft with less wrist fatigue.
